Title: Senior .Net Software Developer
Duration: 9 Month Contract to Hire
Our client has an immediate opening for a senior level .NET Developer to join an established and growing software development team. The successful candidate will be independent, professional, self-motivated, and have a strong technical background with at least seven years of hands-on development experience using Microsoft technologies. This role requires knowledge in the full development lifecycle as well as expertise in full-stack development.
Responsibilities:
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle
• Collaborate with development and project team members
• Analyze requirements provided by subject matter experts and project team
• Provide estimates, as needed, sometimes with limited requirements
• Design and write technical specifications and documentation
• Design application and database structures (e.g. tables, stored procedures, etc.)
• Develop, test, support, and maintain applications
• Design and develop integrations with third-party enterprise level software
• Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of highly sensitive data
Qualifications:
• 7+ years' experience with C#
• 7+ years' experience with SQL
• 7+ years' experience with ASP.Net / .NET framework
• 4+ years' experience with Entity Framework
• 2+ years' experience with MVC
• Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JSON, XML
• Excellent communication skills
• Teamwork, professionalism, and tact
• Creativity and willingness to be open and share ideas
Preferred additional skills and experience:
• Bootstrap, Vue JS, Angular
• Azure DevOps
• HTTP based APIs
• Experience with WCF
• Lead developer experience is a big plus
• COTS software management and/or interface development
